Castle Exercise Game

Here is an exercise game for Castle.  I watch this show very sporadically, and cannot keep up with the overall story lines.  But, I do enjoy the single episode arcs.

RNC Convension

It is political season and I've had almost too much on a local level battling with my daughter's school district for the past two months.  Not that that appears over, it is time for National Politics.  There will be a workout next week for the Democrats too, but, here's one for tonight and the rest of the Republican convention.
