Tonight I'll be pretty much hanging out on ABC. Watching Missing, Grey's Anatomy, and Scandal. I have a workout for Grey's which I'll be doing, but I'm also looking for ideas for workouts while watching Missing and Scandal.

Also, I did a lot of abs today at Crossfit, so I'll be subbing 5 Burpees for the 10 sit-ups...it seems like a fair exchange! Good luck all!!
